Non Technical Arrears

The accurate identification of Non Technical arrears allows tenants to be advised of their true arrears and for any recovery actions to be based on that

Pro-Active Approach

Early identification of arrears linked to a pro-active approach to contact the tenant and provide advice and support can prevent the escalation of arrears.

The system provides the dedicated arrears case management and recovery facilities which minimise the manual effort involved in managing arrears cases allowing RSL staff to take greater control of the arrears caseload

Advice and Support

The assessment of Income/Expenditure provides the basis for both debt counselling and also the negotiation of a realistic repayment arrangement which the tenant may be able to adhere to.
