Expenditure Templates
To ensure that all of
the expected income and expenditure items have been checked,
for any particular type of tenant, income/expenditure
templates can be created which provide a list of expected
income and expenditure items. These can reflect the
circumstances of the tenants such as employment and benefits.
For each item minimum and maximum levels can be defined to
ensure that each entry is reasonable, although these can be
overridden.

Expenditure Assessment
As each income and
expenditure item is entered the available income is calculated
as both a weekly and monthly figure. Should there be
addition items of income or expenditure not defined in the
basic template these can be added as required. The
result of the process is a realistic figure of any net income
that is available for the payment of current rent and also
repayment of arrears.
