CARS (RSL) - Corporate Arrears

Approach
The CARS-RSL system
allows all of the arrears for a tenant to be handled as a
single case. This allows all of the tenants arrears to
be taken into consideration as part of the recovery process
and allows their total indebtedness to be used as the basis of
negotiating and agreeing a repayment arrangement.
Linking Related Cases
CARS-RSL allows
different cases to be merged where required. This is
particularly useful where different accounts have been created
which relate to the same tenant. Merging the cases
allows the total arrears to be managed as a single recovery
case.
