Each client's debts can be recorded,
income/expenditure assessed based on standardised
templates, and payments allocated against priority
and non-priority debts.
Centralised Database
All case details and related
information are held on a single centralised
database. This allows quick and accurate
management reporting of the full caseload at all
times.
Team Reporting
With multiple teams/resources
accessing the same cases, it is a key issue to
ensure that the team receives credit for the
casework they have undertaken. WRCM identifies
which team is responsible for the individual
elements of each case and ensures the credit is
assigned appropriately.
