Leasehold Details
Retain details of all leaseholds both
current and previous and classify leases by type
Structure
A comprehensive structure supports
both reporting and cost apportionment. Report
at different levels from individual blocks, area
offices, estates, etc. up to the whole organisation.
Section 125 Estimate
The system provides comprehensive
facilities for the production of Section 125
estimates. These can be linked to the House
Sales system if installed.
Cost Apportionment
Different practices and procedures in
different areas of the UK have led to the use of
different methods of apportionment. The
Leasehold Management system allows as many different
apportionment basis as required.
Billing
The system is able to produce both
Invoices and Advice Notes as required.
Correspondence
Generate letters and maintain a
history of all correspondence with leaseholders.
Complaints
Log any complaints received, track
the actions taken with appropriate dates.
